Located in the heart of Music City in Tennessee lies Nashville Craft Distillery. Founded in 2016 by former DNA laboratory director, Bruce Boeko, focuses on local and regional ingredients and resources. Working alongside with Distiller Rachael Skyes, she brings forward her long time experience to becoming one of the growing number of women distillers in the industry. Nashville Craft not only offers Tennessee whiskey, but also produces bourbon, gin, sorghum spirits and now, American Single Malt Whiskey.
- Nashville Craft is one of the first Tennessee distilleries to make an American Single Malt Whiskey,
and Boeko says the style is one of his favorites. - American Single Malt is currently the fastest-growing whiskey category in the U.S. More than
200 distilleries nationwide have dabbled in the style. - Nashville Craft’s Single Malt Whiskey will use a mash bill of 100% malted barley and will be aged
in used bourbon and Tennessee Whiskey barrels.
