Founded in 2012, Giant Texas Distillers rebranded to align with its flagship brand, Giant Texas Bourbon in early 2022. As the largest distillery in Texas and west of the Mississippi, Giant Texas Distillers has carved out a niche for itself in the fiercely competitive world of spirits. This Houston- based distillery has been an industry innovator, capturing both the flavor of Texas and the spirit of American enterprise. With an investment of $15 million in cutting-edge technology and facilities, the distillery is led by an experienced team including Carlos de founder Aldecoa and head distiller Julian Giraldo. Julian learned his craft from David Pickerell (Maker’s Mark and Whistle Pig former Master Distiller) and Troy Smith (Yellow Rose former Master Distiller).
