Broker Responsibilities:

  • Closing High-Ticket Sales: Use your sales expertise to guide clients through the whiskey investment process, close deals, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with investors, ensuring they understand the value of whiskey as a growing alternative asset.
  • Overcoming Objections: Skillfully address and resolve client concerns or hesitations by confidently presenting the value of whiskey investments, adapting to their needs, and reinforcing the benefits of alternative asset investment.
  • Expert Negotiation: Leverage your negotiation skills to close deals, ensuring mutual success for both the client and CaskX.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of whiskey barrel investments and utilize it to deliver compelling, informed pitches to potential clients.
  • Client Outreach: Tap into new leads through proactive networking and outreach, with the full support of our marketing and lead generation teams.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven success in sales, especially in closing deals in financial services or other high-ticket products.
  • Sales Closing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to close deals with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong phone etiquette, negotiation skills, and the ability to clearly explain the benefits of whiskey as an alternative asset.
  • Self-Motivated & Driven: A competitive mindset with a passion for closing deals and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM tools for tracking sales and managing client relationships.
  • Attitude & Mindset: A “closer” mentality—driven to succeed, with the hunger to secure deals and deliver results.

What We Offer:

  • Income Potential: Base salary starting at $100,000 and increasing to $150,000 or more within the first six months. High performers have the potential to earn up to $500,000 annually, including incentives and performance bonuses.
