Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Services Associate to join our team. This role focuses on supporting our clients by managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding paperwork. The ideal candidate will have strong customer phone etiquette, along with experience or familiarity in accounts receivable, order management, ERP, and CRM systems, and will thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable, including tracking client payments and following up on overdue balances
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding paperwork, ensuring all required documentation is received on time
- Maintain a strong understanding of the order management lifecycle, including order processing and related tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM and ERP systems
- Provide responsive, professional support to client inquiries via phone and email
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, order processing, and account management
- Generate reports and provide updates on receivables, orders, and outstanding documentation as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in client services, accounts receivable, or sales administrative support preferred
- Proven knowledge of Excel, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and order management processes
- Understanding of the order management lifecycle, with the ability to ensure accuracy, anticipate needs, and proactively address issues
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to think ahead
- Excellent phone etiquette and written communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
