The new selection is the first high-wheat offering from Bardstown Bourbon Company offered by CaskX, using the same mash bill as one of the distillery’s award winning expressions.

These high-wheat bourbon barrels are produced using a mash bill of 53% corn, 39% wheat, and 8% malted barley, resulting in a softer, more rounded profile that is well suited for extended aging. This style closely aligns with the personal preferences of Master Distiller Steve Nally, whose decades of experience include crafting some of Kentucky’s most respected wheated bourbons.
