CaskX is pleased to announce a new selection of barrel investments produced at Green River Distillery, located on the western edge of Kentucky. The new selection is the first high-wheat offering from Green River offered by CaskX, using the same mash bill as a highly awarded wheated bourbon.

These high-wheat bourbon barrels are produced using a mash bill of 53% corn, 39% wheat, and 8% malted barley, resulting in a softer, more rounded profile that is well suited for extended aging. This style closely aligns with the personal preferences of Master Distiller Steve Nally, whose decades of experience include crafting some of Kentucky’s most respected wheated bourbons.
