In discussions with master distiller Craig Beam, the idea came forth to craft a wheated bourbon came about, expanding Jackson Purchase offerings into this rapidly growing category. Wheated bourbon has risen to prominence, driven by names like Pappy Van Winkle, Maker’s Mark, W.L. Weller and many others. The subtle sweetness and smooth flavor profile that comes from the wheat has made these expressions popular among bourbon fans around the world.
CaskX is delighted to announce a partnership with Jackson Purchase to continue offering this wheated bourbon that will be produced in Q4 2025. By placing a reservation prior to distillation, investors can secure a portfolio of full barrels from a rising star of the bourbon world. This early wheated production batch is expected to be highly prized expressions upon reaching 4-12 years of age.
