Founded in 2012 by former psychologist Kaveh Zamanian, it quickly gained recognition for its innovative approach to whiskey-making. Now part of Pernod Ricard’s New Brand Ventures since 2019, Rabbit Hole operates a striking 55,000-square-foot distillery featuring an open layout and a custom copper still by Vendome. Known for using unique mash bills with specialty malted grains, the brand crafts bold, full-flavored expressions that stand out in the bourbon world. With global backing, Rabbit Hole continues to expand while staying true to its Kentucky roots.
