Rabbit Hole Distillery, located in Louisville’s NuLu district, blends modern architecture with Kentucky bourbon tradition. Founded in 2012 by former psychologist Kaveh Zamanian, it quickly gained recognition for its innovative approach to whiskey-making. Now part of Pernod Ricard’s New Brand Ventures since 2019, Rabbit Hole operates a striking 55,000-square-foot distillery featuring an open layout and a custom copper still by Vendome. Known for using unique mash bills with specialty malted grains, the brand crafts bold, full-flavored expressions that stand out in the bourbon world. With global backing, Rabbit Hole continues to expand while staying true to its Kentucky roots.
